DB12 has five easily accessed drive modes: GT, Sport, Sport+, Wet and Individual. Each combines next-generation Electric Stability Control (ESC) with Electronic Rear Differential to optimise cornering abilities on track or road, whatever the weather. An all-new, updated front-end design features S curves modelled on the classic 50s look but made bolder, wider, fiercer and more assertive to announce the presence of the world’s first super tourer.
WHEELS OF PROGRESS
Mounted on new, 21-inch forged lightweight alloy wheels, trimmed to maximise harmony between tyre and tarmac. DB12 debuts the new Michelin Pilot Sport S 5 tyre. Developed alongside Michelin, they ensure the highest levels of reactivity for precision steering. A hand-spun compound maximises lateral grip in both wet and dry conditions to dampen the effects of rain and cushion comfort into every roll of tread. The tyres also feature noise-cancelling inserts to reduce tyre noise by 20%. PANORAMIC ROOF
A cabin caressed in sunlight. DB12’s panoramic roof is laminated, strengthened and finished with tinting; letting only 6% of sunlight through the glass to brush the interiors in brightness while stifling any additional heat. Fixed and smoothed into an uninterrupted glazing area to let a full view of the sky crown your drive.
AN ICONIC PROFILE
The iconic side strake feature has long graced the legendary DB bloodline. Automotive jewellery with a flourish – an inscription of the new ‘Aston Martin’ wordmark, leading the eye along the subtle and sculpted waistline. The curlicue remains a revolutionary feat of engineering on the road car. Maintaining the pure lines while exhaling air from the front wheel arches to reduce lift and achieve high speed stability. Body-coloured side sills also draw attention to the front wheels and imposing arches for a deeper, stronger stance. DB12. Beautiful form. Exquisite function.
OWN THE NIGHT
Imperious by day. Illuminating by night. Distinctly fronted with redesigned LED headlights and shining with a new daytime running light (DRL) signature. Introducing pyramid and knurled surface design features. DB12 utilises a distinct 6-block pattern, offering a striking and characterful visual appearance. Each lighting block has a serrated front and side design to ensure a consistent and homogeneous light output, guaranteeing a focused light beam pattern.
